“Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great!”

“If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. Bathroom tile was mildewy, toilet was not fully cleaned and the bathroom floor was constantly……

“You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. I’m confident my cleaning and items I left behind for the next guests will be reimbursed by karma. Oh,……

“Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame.
