“Nice hotel, great price. A feel of an old hotel with room size. Loved the nostalgic feel with losing the modern conveniences.”

The only detraction was that the majority of the house is on a single thermostat, thus you cannot control the temperature in your room and our room was cooler than we would have preferred. So the water in the sink was going down slowly, not sure why. To be fair I did not alert the staff. The room had a big empty space, I’m guessing some type of sofa chair. All we had was a desk chair. “Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one……

“During my 3 days stay I was unfortunately faced with MANY issues. This place deserves to be shut down. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a front desk clerk that seemed nice and friendly. As we got to our room, it was a decent hour around 4 pm or so. I was greeted with a room that had a foul stench that smell almost reminiscent of underarms and perfume. I tried to not be to picky as that seemed to be the extent of the issues and otherwise seems clean. I went to the balcony to enjoy my view for a……

Probably the first time I ever checked into a hotel room and it didn't have that hotel smell, but the stay was awesome and the pool was awesome and the breakfast was really good.
