「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「Staff was friendly and very helpful upon check in and entire length of stay. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet was a nice option with biscuits and gravy, sausage, make your own waffles and scrambled eggs in addition to cereals, yogurt and bagels. Not to far from Biltmore Estate and plenty of restaurants in the area. Would stay again if back in area.」
