“I stayed on this property 11/10-11/11/25 with 2 friends. From the moment we stepped on the property we were greeted with friend and helpful staff. The room was spacious, beautiful and had a refrigerator and keurig in our room. Ice and microwaves were down the hallway by the elevators. We dined at the 5 o’clock somewhere bar and grill. I had calamari and coconut shrimp and of course a top shelf margarita served in a cute green blender souvenir cup! Food and service with Christine was……

“This was our 4th visit to Gatlinburg and we have never stayed at the same hotel twice, however I can say we will stay at this Edgewater Hotel again. Staff was great, great location and great views. Hotel is just 1 block away from the main road. Just walk across the parking lot and you are there.”
