“Charlie was very helpful in his communication. The cabin is very nice and well stocked (eg fridge had butter and every kind of condiment and medicine cabinet in the bathroom had basic medications!). Was hoping to catch northern lights - wasn’t lucky enough to catch them but this would be a great place to see them from. Nice picture window facing north and no external lights (except those you can turn off). Great view in a relatively dark sky location. ”

“Beautiful cabin that has a winter cozy feeling the second you walk up to the cabin. My only issue which isn’t even an issue was there was a chill in the cabin near the kitchen and bathroom due to being older, again not an issue just something to consider when booking. Loved the location about 10 minutes from town but yet in the middle of nowhere. 10/10 place and would stay again”

“The floors are in desperate need of repair, there is a huge soft spot right by the upstairs door along with what looked like black mold by the windows. The flooring by the fireplace is also soft. Stove didn’t work. It took 3 hours to cook something that should’ve taken 30 minutes. I understand the cottage is in a more rural area, but there were Japanese beetles, spiders and stink bugs everywhere.
