Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The young lady ( so sorry I have forgotten her name) who checked us in the night we arrived (10/19) was extraordinary! She made us feel welcome instantly.

Room 108 had bed bugs. Terrible. And because i failed to take a picture of it, Expedia wont give me a refund. We left after checking in, but did not stay the night

Clean and friendly.

The hotel is definitely dated, but the staff was doing some upgrades. The room and lobby were very clean. All of the staff were WONDERFUL. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend for a stay in the Bluefield area.
