“Okay for what I paid for”

“You most certainly receive value for your pound here! The rooms are immaculate and the rain showers in the washrooms are amazing!! This is our 3rd stay here!”

“Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . Spoke to Andrew the owner , very nice bloke . If we are going back to the area we would definitely stay here again . ”

“0/5 – Worst stay of my life. Plummer House Newcastle was an absolute disgrace from start to finish. The room was filthy on arrival — dirty sink and work surfaces, stained floors, damaged furniture, worn cabinets, filthy fridge, marked and stained chairs, and mugs that looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. This is not “student accommodation” or “serviced living” — it’s neglect. The female manager was rude and unprofessional, even trying to make me check out 12 hours earlier……

“The check in was fast and friendly, the room is lovely, with a nice view. There was quite a lot of noise from the street below early in the morning and the church bells were regular throughout the night. The breakfast was a good amount but lukewarm spolt the vibe. The price we paid , i think was high for this standard.”

“We loved the garden, the setting and the accommodation. Great for exploring Northumberland. ”

“We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. ”

“Me and my 2 friends booked this holiday for 3 nights for a festival called Lost minds. We were wary at first as it’s a shared apartment with other people. Long story short we ended up booking and had absolutely no issue with the area or the people who was staying in the apartment. It’s round about 20/25 minute walk from the city centre & it’s easy accessible to get an uber also. We will definitely be booking when we come back to Newcastle. Only thing we never liked was NO TV & shared bathroom……
