'Seventeen Steps to the Beach' is a luxuriously-appointed beach house right on the beach. The open-plan layout assures breath taking views throughout, including a massive deck leading straight to the beach and ocean. The deck or the beach are the perfect locations to lie back on a bean-lounge and read a book, sip wine or soak up the sun.
Beautifully and professionally styled and furnished, every effort has been made to keep the spacious 'shack' feel whilst maximizing the amazing beach, coastal and water views. The only thing more spectacular than the view inside is the view outside!
The kitchen, by 'shack' standards, is large, featuring Caesar stone benchtops, state-of-the-art appliances incl. fridge with filtered ice-maker/drink dispenser, European cooktop & oven, dishwasher, POD coffee machine & integrated microwave. There is bar-seating plus separate dining with doors leading to the deck. The living area also has doors opening-up for maximum outdoor access to outdoor dining, BBQ (portable electric) available and adjustable shade.
The 'shack' faces N.N.E, picking up the sun all day, with excellent insulation throughout. Reverse-cycle aircon, portable heating + electric blankets are on all beds if required. It's doubtful you would want to block the view, however a flick of a button & UV protection sheer blinds electrically roll down.
Comfortably sleeping 2-4 adults there are two spacious bedrooms (Queen in main + 2xsingle in Br2, with quality linen & 'Dunlop' pillows). Both bedrooms have full built-in robes and exceptional water-views. The main bedroom has its own entry to the bathroom, incl. laundry (with washing/drying). Both bedrooms have sliding adjustable plantation shutters so you have the choice of either waking-up to a spectacular Boat Harbour Beach sunrise or to sleep in (or a little of both).
We highly recommend waking-up early one morning to have breakfast on the deck with the sun rising over Table Cape and the water.
'Seventeen Steps' is perched as close as possible to the beach, with the sounds and view of one of the world's finest beaches uninterrupted; the steps from the deck leading straight to the fine, white, powdery, squeaky-under foot sand, with rocks and rockpools also nearby.
The dictionary lists PARADISE as: a place of extreme beauty, delight, or happiness.
It is only fitting to enjoy 'paradise' in equally superb accommodation.
