"When we very first arrived, there was a smooth check-in and we stayed in hotel Rome, which is connected to the waterpark. We proceeded to the hotel and could not find any bell carts one of the workers that was working. The arcade area gave us a phone number to call we then proceeded to call the hotel. They said they were gonna let the Publix people know to bring bill carts down. We then waited a half an hour. We could not lug all of our stuff in with three small children, and my fiancé proceeded to walk the floors to find a luggage cart. He made it to the second floor, found one of the luggage cart in saw three staff members standing right by the luggage cart, leaning up against the wall, laughing and talking, so there was no kind of priority for the guest. It seems like that’s why I gave it the rating that I did."

"We loved the house and plan on going back in future when weather is warmer. House very clean, they have everything you could need. Tons of games for kids and adults. We enjoyed the smokeless firepit while watching the calm lake. We saw deer by the water 2 of our 4 night stay. Used the kayaks and the pedal boat our 5 and 3 year old loved the water and also playing in sand with sand toys provided. Thank you for helping us make memories to last a lifetime. Missy"

"The room was very nice and the staff was very nice. Only downfall for me was that the walls seemed very thin, so I could hear the neighbors in the room next door quite clearly. "

"This property was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway! We had a group of 5 and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The outdoor space was definitely our favorite — we spent a ton of time hanging out on the front deck and around the bonfire. (Bonus points that wood was already provided!) Coming from the city, it was so refreshing to just unwind and soak in the peacefulness of nature.As a professional cleaner, I have pretty high standards when it comes to the cleanliness of wherever I'm staying — and this place absolutely delivered. No complaints there! We did have a small issue with the TV, but the host was amazing and came over within minutes to fix it. Super responsive and genuinely so sweet. She also mentioned she has another property on the water, so we are already excited about planning a future trip to check that one out too!We truly felt at home here and made so many great memories. Highly recommend! "
