「This is not a hotel by normal standards, it's college housing and you would be staying in a collegiate housing where students have been. It's completely irrational to me that Expedia even had this on the line up. The pictures do not really disclose that you would be sleeping pressed against the wall like a student dorm. I am calling Expedia to get a refund since I didn't stay, I refused to be taken advantage of. I am also calling my credit card to report as fraudulent listing.」

「The staff at the hotel were very good. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue I had was with the shower. The rain shower head was not functioning well - so not much water came out of the shower, and not always in a downwards direction. Probably needed de-scaling. But other than that the hotel was good」

The room is wonderful, clean, safe, quiet and having an excellent view. The location is in the middle between Pamplona and Burlada. You can get a bus No. 4 to go to the Pamplona city centre. However it takes a 20 minutes walk to the city centre of Pamplona without cover. You can call a taxi to go there with 5 to 10 minutes. The services is excellent, and the staff are very willing to help. The room is locked with fingerprint. I was impressed by its bathroom and bed. An excellent choice for...
