Villa Bernstein - Villa Bernstein WE 15
The Villa Bernstein, completed in 2012, is located directly on the Börgerende dike. The beach is just a few steps away. Separated from the sea only by the dike and the European bike path, you have a view of the sea or the dike from almost all apartments. The architecture of Villa Bernstein reflects the style elements of the classic bathroom architecture. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, Villa Bernstein is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. The individually furnished apartments have a balcony or roof terrace, underfloor heating and beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. An underground parking space belongs to each apartment. In the house you will find bicycle parking spaces as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Fully equipped open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. 1 bedroom with double bed 1. 80x2. 00m, wardrobe, sideboard, flat screen TV, access to the terrace, clock radio, (furniture in wild oak). 1 bedroom with sofa bed 1. 60x2. 00m incl. Bed box, clock radio, narrow wardrobe, (TV connection available). Elegant, large bathroom with window, walk-in shower, bathtub, shelf, towel warmer and underfloor heating. Roof terrace with partial sea view, equipped with seating for 4 people. and a beach chair as a full bed, awning. Storage room can be used from two sides.
