The Villa Bernstein, completed in 2012, is located directly on the Börgerende dike. The beach is just a few steps away. Separated from the sea only by the dike and the European bike path, you have a view of the sea or the dike from almost all apartments. The architecture of Villa Bernstein reflects the style elements of the classic bathroom architecture. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, Villa Bernstein is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. The individually furnished apartments have a balcony or roof terrace, underfloor heating and beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. An underground parking space belongs to each apartment. In the house you will find bicycle parking spaces as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Villa Bernstein WE 21:
Sunny 2-room apartment on the top floor with a view of the Baltic Sea - beach chair on the roof terrace and only 30 meters from the beach. The spacious apartment is on the second floor of Villa Bernstein and is furnished for 3 people. The living-dining area has a couch and a dining table with four chairs. The technical equipment includes flat screen TV and a small stereo system. The couch can be pulled out and used as a bed. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for your stay. Here you have a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The bedroom has a large double bed (two single mattresses 90x200) and a 3-door wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a floor-level shower and a large vanity. A special highlight is the large south-east terrace. Here you can enjoy the hours of sunshine with the beautiful view of the sea, blankets are available for cooler days. The apartment has a free underground parking space in the house. The Villa Bernstein has an elevator. In the Villa Bernstein there is also a storage space for your bicycles as well as a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Linen set, travel cot and high chair can be booked for a fee. Non-smoking apartment, no pets. Secure one of our coveted beach chairs (EUR 9 per day, EUR 59 per week). An underground parking space belongs to your apartment. Please note the headroom of max. 1,90m. If the maximum passage height is exceeded, there is the option of using a paid parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
