Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten.Sie war sauber, bis auf ein paar Haare im Bett.Ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.Der Kontakt mit dem Hausmeister war auch jederzeit sehr nett und hilfreich.Liegt nah am Strand. Fussläufig gibt es einige Restaurants und Geschäfte.Ein Spielplatz ist auch direkt in der Nähe.Es war alles sehr gepflegt in der Umgebung.Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, maximal fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, Bäcker, Eiscafe etc. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war super und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung in 2 Minuten Strandnähe, FKK und Hundestrand in der Nähe. Gespensterwald in Nienhagen leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. 1 Minute vom kleinen Geschäften für Fisch-Brötchen oder Getränke entfernt. Geschäft Netto 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen,Die barrierefreie Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht.

Der Check in verlief reibungslos.haben einen Tag vorher den Hausmeister kontaktiert und er hat uns gesagt wo wir die Schlüssel finden.Die Küche war voll Ausgestattet.Was ein kleiner Mangel ist , dass es Abends nicht wirklich warmes Wasser gab.... Aber ansonsten war sehr schön...

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und in 2 min zu Fuß ist man am Strand. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war, dass keine Abtrennung auf der Terrasse zum Nachbarn ist, bzw ist kein Windschutz vorhanden. Man kann kaum draußen sitzen, da der Wind doch sehr frisch ist.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war super, der Weg zum Wasser ist sehr kurz, auch wenn der Strand Recht viele Steine hat, ist dieser gut gelegen und nicht zu sehr überlaufen. Das Haus ist sehr neu und gepflegt, ringsherum ist Recht viel Wiese, auf der man mit dem Zwerg Fussball Spiel spielen kann

Die Umgebung entschädigt für Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Geschirr bunt gewürfelt. Geschirr vom Vorgänger schmutzig. Boden klebrig. Matratze sind schmutzig und durchgelegen. Wasserkocher defekt. Und und und… Terrasse ungepflegt sowie das Mobiliar. Wer gern am Abend auf Terrasse sitzt, ist diese Unterkunft nicht geeignet. Durch die fehlende Abtrennung zwischen den Terrassen und fehlender Begrünung, können weiterer Urlauber bis auf den Teller schauen. Privatsphäre ausgeschlossen. Wir fahren nicht wieder in diese Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist toll. Super Radwege und der Strand ist nicht weit weg. Toller Imbisstand direkt an der Ostsee.

Toller Ostseeurlaub!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Alles wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns einen Bollerwagen ausgeliehen, um alles entspannt an den Strand zu transportieren. Einzige Minuspunkte sind die fehlenden Fliegengitter und Rollos. Dies ist mit Kleinkindern etwas schwierig. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!!!

Lage top/ Sauberkeit 🙄

Die Lage ist top, die Ausstattung ist auch super aber die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, Töpfe war verkalkt und dreckig, beim Besteck das selbe und hier und da wurde schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht was sehr schade ist da die Wohnung wirklich gutes potenzial hat.

Sauberkeit war mangelhaft

Wir haben gesehen, was man normalerweise nicht sieht. Da wir Bettwäsche mitgenommen haben, haben wir auch das Bettzeug gesehen. Es war grenzwertig, scheinbar wurde es noch nie gewaschen. Es war mit sehr vielen gelben Flecken behaftet und Blutflecke waren auch drin. Mein Enkel klagte seit dem nächsten Tag schon über Übelkeit und hat sich auch übergeben. Die Wohnung selber war sehr sauber und die Lage war perfekt. Wenn man die Wohnung mit bezogenen Bettzeug übernimmt, dann ist auch alles perfekt. Man sieht zum Glück nicht das Bettzeug.

Es war alles sehr zufriedenstellend, die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister sehr gut, nur die Fliesen im Bad waren sehr rutschig, da würde ich es besser finden etwas rutschhemmendes vor die Duschkabine zu legen, ansonsten gerne wieder

Fewo Börgerende-Rethwisch

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für eine Nacht gebucht weil wir am Sonntag zu nem Fußballspiel in Rostock waren. Sie war wirklich top eingerichtet und sauber. Es war ja fast schade, dass wir wieder so schnell abreisen mussten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat alles super geklappt. Einen Stern ziehe ich (eigentlich schweren Herzens) ab, weil etwas wenig Besteck zur Verfügung stand und wir keine Geschirrtücher hatten. Aber sonst war alles gut. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder 😀

Kleinigkeiten

Generell ist das Haus wirklich sehr schön, aber es sind so Kleinigkeiten.... Die Fenster waren leider sehr dreckig. Die Fußmatten können seit Monaten nicht Mal ausgeschüttelt worden sein. Der Mülleimer im Bad wurde nicht geleert geschweige denn gesäuber, obwohl wir dem Hausmeister davon berichtet hatten. Ebenso der Deckel des Mülleimers. Für ein Reinigungsgeld, was man zahlen muss, hätten wir mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Ein weiteres Manko ist das fehlende Fliegengitter im "Kinderzimmer" leider wurde ich mehrmals nachts gestochen. Das andere Zimmer hat ein Fliegengitter.... Und man könnte das Geschirr etwas aufstocken z.B um vier Eierbecher. Eine Nachttischlampe war ebenfalls kaputt, was aber schon bekannt war, laut Aussage des Hausmeisters. Und die Toilette riecht etwas. Da könnte man Mal über einen WC Stein nachdenken. Es sind alles so Kleinigkeiten gewesen....

Es ging.

Umgebung und Strand waren wunderschön, absolut top. Ruhige Umgebung, viele Spielplätze - ideal für Kinder. An der Wohnung kann einiges verbessert werden, fängt zb bei den agbenutzten Duschvorhängen an. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war nicht so, wie man es erwartet hätte.
