聖安東尼奧伯恩歷史區酒店住宿推介

「Perfect stop for our family with breakfast included. Highly recommend.」

「I specifically asked for our room to be cleaned at the front desk as I was leaving for the day from 12-12 and when we got back the room was not cleaned beds were still unmade and we had no clean towels. I had to go down at midnight and ask for clean towels.」

「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「Positives-every employee we interacted with was friendly and bed was comfortable. Negatives-no towels in room when checked in, could hear road noise and two black hairs in bathtub when arrived.」

「Very friendly staff both at check in and check out. Clean room and comfortable bed.」

「I love the area and the location. It was a nice getaway. Love to see nature. I think they just need to get more staff to keep up with the cleanings and maintenance.」

「整体都很好」

「My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.」

「Everything was top notch h」

「I stayed 4 night and got no housekeeping. the shower was dirty and the breakfast food was cold. parking was also $10 per night....why isnt parking included in the hotel fees.」

「早餐没熱食，有点失望」
