Great staff at the hotel. I booked through Travego for night May 23. They reserved May 26. I spent an hour trying to straighten it out. The gentleman I talked to said he canceled the 26th and rebooked me for the correct date. I have not received a cancellation for the 26th.

The suite I booked was very unclean. There were stains and crumbs on the sofa. It was worn and dingy and looked like a college apartment sofa at a frat house. The lampshade had at multiple large stains on it. Multiple large stains on carpeting. Blood looking stain on sheet curtains. When I mentioned these items at checkout, management did not seem to care or even apologize. I’m not normally one to care, but their attitude towards it was discerning because they are obviously not going to fix it for the next person.

BED BUGS! Stayed here for one night, checked for bed bugs but clearly not enough, woke up in the middle of the night with bites on my face and arms then found 2 bed bugs crawling across me. Upon further inspection the bed and couch were both very dirty. Staff did their best but we were told to wait almost 2 hours for a manager to arrive in order to discuss the situation.

The check in was fast and staff was friendly. There was a loud hum that vibrated the floor all night making it very difficult to sleep. This seems to be due to a pool fan below. The biggest issue was the the room was infested with ants which got into our food bag and were climbing over everything. When mentioned to front desk, he said it was because we left crumbs out. Super disappointed. Would not stay again.

Reviews looked great, until you get there. The whole bathroom was water damaged, no fan, the shower curtain went too far out and there’s water all over the floor every time. The shower head was so rotten, rusted and moldy. Water was not coming out like it should. Asked them to fix that as having a bunch of kids and long hair girls it did not wash very well. The mattresses were sooo hard, and the pillows were the worse. Literally had to find a chiropractor and a mall massage the next day. Dreaded sleeping the next day. The pool was freezing. It was the worse 2 days.

Comfort hotel was just fine but I purchased the reservations on hotel.com. Did not know that I couldn't be a local and use the hotel. I used a gifts card, i hope i can get the money back. Also we were told we could get a Veterans discount when we had to repay for a new room. but didn't get that discount. And we're told the next day that they dont do them.

Do not stay here!
Thr room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty and had some crumbs in it. The night stand had what looked like pizza sauce and splattered milk all over the side. The couch looked dirty and had crumbs on it also. Stains on the carpet. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. I went to the front desk to tell them we could not stay in that room and I wanted to check out. They told me they didn’t have the authorization to cancel my booking since it was booked through a third-party. He then came and looked at room and talked to someone and then called the room and basically told me he didn’t have the authority to do anything so I could drape a sheet over the dirty bed. After I said that was unacceptable and there was no way anyone should stay in that room under those circumstances he said he’d look into if we could change rooms. I told them I would like to look at it but I didn’t want to commit to it. He then made me check out of the old room and into the new room before I could see. Even though I again said that I wanted to see it before switching. He assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. When we went to the second room it was definitely cleaner but not clean enough that I felt like there house cleaning was adequate. And did not feel safe for me or my family to sleep in there. So I contacted hotels.com since the hotel couldn’t help. They sent in for a cancellation and I went to another hotel. The hotel then came back and denied it because I “accepted the room”

It was safe, but a little yucky. Paint peeling from walls, black mold patterns in room. So many more options for just a little more money. Poorly done repairs. Lots of breakfast options but a little soggy and gross. Pack and plays seems to be dirty, broken and no sheets provided.

Clean but outdated especially the pool area. The jets in the hot tub were always on and weak. The sauna didn’t work. The room was clean but the fan in the bathroom and one of the reading lamps didn’t work. Staff was friendly.

This hotel refused to let us check in because we were local .. we booked this and paid in advance through Expedia because our home was being repaired . We went to check in and said they have a no local policy for anyone living within 125 miles of their hotel .. this was a last minute prepaid booking so I was not able to cancel … and they would not help me recover a refund . I’ve recommended this exact hotel to all my family when they are in town visiting us .. I’m shocked that they would leave us stranded like this .

Our room needed vacuumed, I questioned the cleanliness of the sheets, there was soda or something sticky on the dresser top and there was gooey soap and hair in the shower among other things. We had three rooms and the others weren't as bad.

My stay there was great I enjoyed my conversations with Omar in the morning and for Zach coming through and helping us that late night with no heat in the room. I will definitely be back and recommend this property. Last but not least the Birthday Girl Madison she was a delight.

It was kind of a nightmare stay! First off, I saw they had 24 hr shuttle service, but just to double check I called the hotel the night before to make sure our super early flight could have a shuttle to the airport. They assured me it did and that we just had to talk to the front desk to confirm the time. Then I asked how much parking was while we were on vacation, to which I was told $8/day. Well we show up, the poor guy working was brand new and got locked out of his computer. So we sat and waited for 30 MINUTES for him to get help from his supposed "manager on site" who was in fact, at home. So after we get checked in, he then tells us their shuttle service isn't 24 hours and we cant get shuttled to the airport, and that parking was actually $15 a day! Double! So, needless to say, you cant trust anything they may tell you about their amenities!
