Honesty, the house itself was great! What wasn't so great was getting locked out of the house at 10pm because somehow the inner door of the garage which leads to the laundry room got locked, which requires a key, which we didnt have. I only received the garage code, not the front door code. With no response from the host, I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with customer service while he and I both attempted contact with the host, unsuccessfully. Finally, he was able to find the front door code on a previous booking, which is scary because this should be changed after each guest departs. The host finally responded the following morning, but at that point, we would've had to have slept in our car overnight. Again, the house was great. Comfortable, roomy, the hot tub was amazing! However, I had received no communication from the host from the time of booking, up until this experience. Even then, there was no apologies, just, "Glad it worked out." I would absolutely stay here again, but these communication issues need to be resolved for future guests.
