This spacious, elegant home is 1.4 miles from Costco in Boise and 6 min from the Boise Airport. This house is set up to accommodate large groups. Rates are based on 10 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 18. The additional guest charge applies to the entire duration of your booking, i.e. if you are booked for 5 nights, the additional guest charge applies to 5 nights, even if someone only sleeps there for 3 nights. Please book with your best estimate for headcount - you will have a chance to true up headcount right before travel dates.
Great location in Boise. Great shopping & dining. House: 2 high-end queen sleeper sofas and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. The kitchen counter seats 2. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite. I bought this house in 2022 and have furnished it all new. All 18 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses (4 downstairs, up to 14 upstairs).

The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.

This is a nice residential neighborhood that is very close to Costco and about 14 minutes from both downtown Boise and The Village in Meridian. There are many awesome stores and restaurants to explore!
