No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. This unit is not pet friendly. The garage is not included and locked off from guest use.
DUPLEX | The property is considered multi-family, meaning that there is a unit located next door sharing a common wall. So far, there haven't been any issues with noise or privacy, but it may affect your expectations and stay.
EXTRA PARKING | We have a 40’ paved driveway and gravel parking that can accommodate 3 additional cars. We have been able to accommodate many trucks and U-haul, with advanced notice. Trailers, Uhauls, RVs, and van lifers should be able to fit. We do not have any hookups, dumps, or other RV amenities.
