We stayed there last year and had the same fine experience this year. It's just the right ambulance. The only criticism as the refrigerator is kinda loud.

House cleaning

Hi!! Lovely experience. Only ding on cleanliness was when I went to pullout the sleeper chair, I pushed the chair back and found clumps of dust and a dirty sock from a prior renter. Otherwise clean and lovely. Only other comment: The lens on the camera on the listings photos made the rooms and the front sun room look much much larger.

Birthday week in Bolinas

I enjoyed my stay I had a couple of people stay for a night and a few came up for the day. I loved the proximity to the beach, the town and the backyard garden was a great place to eat and visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a sweet and cozy cottage! Perfect for me and the kids! Easy to get to and perfect location! Steps from downtown and steps from the beach. The sweet plumb tree was a nice little perk!
