“Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje.”

“We had an absolutely fabulous day in Jaime’s apartment. It has an excellent location near all the best restaurants, it was super clean, has gorgeous rooftop pools, is well equipped with kitchen supplies, and is located on a beautiful square at Plaza Fernandez de Madrid. The location has kinds of amenities at your fingertips, including a grocery store, ATM, tour agency, etc. Jamie had all kinds of excellent suggestions which made us have a very full week. On the tour company we highly recommend……

“Many things, so many i probably will forget some when i list them, 1st Host never sent check in instructions #2 becuse there was no check in instruction it took the very helpful security stay almost an hour to figure everything out, host never responded to text or phone calls from myself and security #3 The air-conditioner in the living room area didn't work #4 Stove didn't work #5 No Hot water in the shower entire stay #5 Television in large bedroom did not work #6 There was a large bedding……

“Mi experiencia en este hotel fue completamente decepcionante y, sinceramente, no lo recomendaría en absoluto. La calidad de la comida es pésima. No solo es de muy baja calidad, sino que además no existe variedad alguna en las opciones disponibles. Prácticamente comes lo mismo o te quedas sin alternativas aceptables. Para el precio que se paga, esto es inaceptable. Para empeorar la situación, sufrimos un apagón durante el día que duró más de 10 horas. No hubo una respuesta clara ni soluciones……

“Very nice apartment with easy access to the beach. The Security staff was great and helped several times in securing a taxi. There is a small grocery store just a block away. Future renters should be aware that this property is located next to a rooftop, outdoor nightclub that plays loud music from 6:00 pm till the early hours of the morning making it difficult to enjoy the balcony or even sleep. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.”
