"Our stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean. The pools, the atmosphere, and the location were perfect for enjoying Cartagena with our family.
The staff was kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality that made our vacation memorable. Our suite was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family.
One thing we would suggest improving is the check-in experience. Since we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, we had to wait several hours for our designated suite, even though we were traveling with two small children. It would have been helpful to have a faster solution or a more comfortable arrangement while waiting.
Despite that, our overall stay was amazing, and we would gladly return. Hyatt Regency Cartagena is a beautiful hotel with great service, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible city."
