"I had a very good stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena. The room was large, modern, very clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space and great views. The location is excellent. It’s very convenient and you can easily walk to many restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and different areas of Cartagena. It’s a great base for exploring the city while still being able to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Service was consistently good, and everyone made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and has a nice atmosphere. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Cartagena for anyone looking for a well-located, modern hotel with spacious rooms and great service."

Everywhere you look is beautiful artwork. The scenery and environment are to die for. This place will forever stay in our hearts and memories. What an unforgettable experience. We will most definitely be coming back to Sofitel."

"I had a great time overall. I did have a few issues with my room initially, but the staff addressed them and moved me to another room, which made a big difference. The bartenders were exceptional, and the drinks were top-notch. Paulina, JR, and Sebastian were all very polite, attentive, and helpful. Their recommendations were excellent and really added to my experience. There was also another bartender whose name I unfortunately don’t recall, but she was excellent as well. She was from Antioquia, and her service was outstanding. I really appreciated how friendly and attentive the entire bar team was."

"Great location is you are wanting to explore Bocagrande . I will not recommend Bocagrande! We walked down to the beach and stop to buy a drink they provide us with a menu which beers were $8,000 COP and charge us outrageous price. Be careful you will get scam!"
