“This was a great choice for our family of 5 (3 older kids ages 12,14,16) to stay the night while visiting Springfield. The 3 bedrooms allowed everyone plenty of space to chill after a fun filled busy day. (Which we wouldn’t have had in an hotel). It was clean and the kids liked the atmosphere. The owner was prompt about responding to my messages if I had a question. And the house looks just like the pictures. It’s also Close to the big attractions we wanted to see like the Wonders Of Wildlife……

It looked rustic on the outside which was charming, and was beside a green pasture with bales of hay, but somehow they designed the utmost contemporary look and still kept the rustic charm inside. “Our stay was very nice. The apartment is very nice and clean. Check in and out were quick and easy. We only had one question during our stay but it was answered very quickly so great response from owner. Only caution is it in downtown so you do get some street noise and there is a karaoke bar that you can hear. the owners do provide ear plugs if you are sensative to the noise. I would recommend staying”

“This was our first time at the Bissman Cottage, and we were not disappointed. The house was immaculately maintained inside and out with exceptional furnishings. It's a perfect central location within a nice neighborhood. Our host (Cindy) was extraordinary in communicating and reaching out to make sure we were happy. We visit Springfield about 3 times a year, and we have found our new go-to place to stay. An absolutely delightful place to stay.”
