The elevator takes you from the underground car park directly to the front door, everything for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.   Dear guests, the apartment is newly renovated and furnished. New photos will follow soon. Facilities The holiday apartment with 3 rooms designed for 2-6 persons is located in the center of Boltenhagen in the Ostseeallee. It is located in the 1st. Upstairs and is easily accessible by elevator from the underground car park. The underground parking space can be rented if required. The Baltic Sea is only 80 meters away! Already on entering the bright furnished living area you will feel good. The large Sony TV and the DVD player provide for your multimedia entertainment. The spacious sofa is used for relaxation and provides two additional beds if required.  In the spatially separated open kitchen you will find everything you need: a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a stove or Oven, dishes, glasses and much more. The direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony lets you dear guests in the evening, the good mood. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Of course in a bathroom belongs a bathtub, a toilet and a hair dryer. A washing machine has also found a place. The second bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Special features Wi-Fi is included for guests.  For a small fee (€ 3 / night), the associated underground car park No. 17 for the car can be rented. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter pack including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
