「By far one of the coolest places to stay for anyone who loves old mansions and history! Hosts were super accommodating with clear instructions! Absolutely loved the period decor to match the theme. Felt like we stepped back in time for a brief moment and definitely left fun, lasting memories! Easy parking. There are stairs involved to access upper levels. Anyone with skeletal issues - arthritis might want to stick with lower levels. Otherwise, absolutely wonderful! Thank you 」

「This property is truly a hidden gem. It was perfect for our family. We were in MS for a funeral. So for a sad occasion this property brought joy. The basketball court, in ground trampoline, pool and the flow of the home was exactly what we needed to be able to connect and relax after all the stress of the service. The Kennington Mansion is truly a hidden diamond. The decor is so amazing! The quality of products used through out the home shows a higher caliber of care. We felt truly pampered...

Comfortable furniture, all the cookware needed, walking distance to restaurants, plenty of towels and bedding, paper products, and extra bathroom supplies in case you forget. Special touches of cold water in refrigerator, coffee, spices, and oil provided in cabinet. Host was quick to respond to messages and gave arrival info in plenty of time. 「We were supposed to stay here on our way back home to Texas. Last minute, we decided to just drive all the way back from Florida to have a day of rest before school/work. We have stayed in the Fondren area several times on the way to Rosemary Beach and have always enjoyed our stays. We would definitely choose to stay at this home again! The owner was super nice and helpful. Plus it’s in a great area. Love to eat at the Pig and Pint! Fun area to be in!」
