Absolutely wonderful stay here, smooth and simple check in, friendly and helpful staff, clean, tidy and spacious room with all you could need, short walk to the station and a great base point for the dolomites

Location is great, just 10 minute from the city center by foot. Air conditioning was very good (during a bad heat wave). Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was quite good! Would stay again!

The hotel has a very good location, a 20-minute walk to the historic centre of Bolzano. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Car can be parked for free on the street or for 15€ per day in a locked garage.

Hôtel très cher pour le peu de service qui est offert !!! Possible de payer 20 euros pour le stationnement de l'hôtel ou de laisser une carte d'identité avec de l'argent pour avoir une vignette afin de se stationner plus facilement. Cependant, à un coin de rue, nous avons pu nous stationner gratuitement de 19h à 8h. Il n'y avait pas un service de 24h en cas de pépin. Dans la chambre, il n'y avait pas de coffre-fort ni de petit réfrigérateur.

The hotel sent us to a sister hotel farther outside the center because they didn't have a room that would fit us. That was pretty disappointing after a long drive that day and expecting to stay a short walk from the historic center

Hotel in ristrutturazione. Ascensore foderato di cartoni e personale nei corridoi a dipingere. Nessuna 8ndicazione dei lavori in esecuzione e nonostante ciò la tariffa richiesta era piena. Stanze spoglie, doccia inadegiata. Colazione 20 euro a testa per 3 fette di prosciutto un uovo ed uno yogurt di una marca che normalmentw viene acquistata al discount. Sinceramente le 3 stelle sono assolutamente inadegiate. Unica nota posit8va la receptionist verente gentile

Helaas was ons verblijf in Hotel Asterix teleurstellend. Wij hadden een kamer geboekt voor vier personen. Bij aankomst bleek de kamerindeling niet overeen te komen met wat wij op basis van de boekingsinformatie verwachtten. We hebben dit direct aangegeven, maar er kwam geen passende oplossing. Ook het parkeren viel tegen. Vooraf was voor ons niet duidelijk dat parkeren beperkt beschikbaar was en €20 per nacht kostte. Wanneer je met de auto naar Bolzano reist, is dit belangrijke informatie die duidelijk zichtbaar moet zijn vóórdat je boekt. Wat voor mij echter het zwaarst weegt, is de manier waarop met onze klacht werd omgegaan. In plaats van actief mee te denken, kregen we vooral te horen dat de situatie nu eenmaal zo was. Een probleem kan altijd ontstaan, maar juist de manier waarop een hotel het vervolgens probeert op te lossen bepaalt voor mij de kwaliteit van de service. Daar heeft Hotel Asterix echt steken laten vallen. Een deel van de onduidelijkheid rondom de boekingsinformatie ligt ook bij Expedia. Daarover heb ik afzonderlijk een klacht ingediend, dus dat reken ik het hotel niet volledig aan. De combinatie van de kamer, het parkeren en vooral de afhandeling ter plaatse maakt dat ik ons verblijf helaas niet hoger kan beoordelen dan 2 sterren.
