「grand appartement avec ascenseur dans un quartier d'immeubles résidentiels, parking facile au pied de l'immeuble. Un peu trop loin du centre ville pour y aller à pieds, mais le parking du centre ville est gratuit le week-end. 「This place is basically a hotel. It is very close to the university. The listing is a little misleading as it is only one room. There is a toilet stall but no privacy for the shower or tub. This is meant for a couple on a romantic getaway, not right for families or friends. There is no parking except on a narrow road which is difficult to navigate. 「Ana was waiting to welcome us when we arrived. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. House was clean, well equipped and spacious. Ana was a great communicator and ver responsive. Gave us recommendations for restaurants, laundromats and even medical care that one of us needed. Neighbourhood is quiet, but close to all amenities, the municipal market, parks, and the beach. We would stay again. We had a lovely stay! Thank you, Ana!」

"We greatly enjoyed our stay with CBR Boutique Hotel. The location is very central, right next to the river and main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The themed rooms are stylish and clean. The breakfast is simple but good and definitely enough to fill you up. What impressed me the most was the staff's hospitality and helpfulness, as they looked out for me and helped me recover my valuables. I am deeply grateful to them for saving my trip!
