This gorgeous FURNISHED home is on the water, has access to the Gulf and includes a 10,000 pound boat lift on your private dock . The dock also stores kayaks and paddleboards.
Enjoy a private 25 m. caged swimming pool in your backyard. Kayaking, paddle boarding are awaiting you on the private dock in front of this gorgeous urban river house. You are in the heart of Bonita Springs. Five star restaurants, evening entertainment within miles and walking distances. The powdery beaches are virtually within a mile, either walk or drive. Fishing, charter boat trips, recreational sports are all easy to schedule on the computer from the home's office. Welcome to a self-contained paradise! Enjoy!
