It`s not an investment property; we simply share it with guests when we’re away traveling. It is a smart home & you`ll find all the necessary instructions in our welcome folder upon arrival, along with a convenient PDF version for your phone. Enjoy the peace, serenity, and comfort of our beautiful space!

The house is yours to use completely. The only areas not for use are one walk-in closet and the storage area downstairs next to the BBQ area, which is also locked.

We will be away during your stay but I have my team available for anything you may need and I will always be available via the platform message service you can message/call.
