Centrally Located in a quiet family residential neighborhood, near downtown old41 with many new restaurants & short drive to the beach. Stylish decorated with brand new furniture. Large Tv for the whole family to enjoy movie night. Outdoor BBQ and seating area for your enjoyment with large backyard. 53 feet parking space for 4 cars, RV, boat or trailer on the side of the driveway. Relax and enjoy your stay!

Clean, comfortable, met our needs

The house was clean, comfortable, and met our needs during our stay in Bonita Springs. It was a short drive to the beach and in a peaceful neighborhood.

Spring Break 2024

The place was clean , open floor plan. Nice neighborhood, a little noisy with a new house being built across the street. Had an issue with the hot water but it was quickly resolved. The place was comfortable, and just 10 minutes from the beach. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests prior to our arrival and answered all our questions we had during our stay.
