The apartment offers views of the Siebengebirge and parts of the Bonn skyline. It features a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony. With 64 m², it comfortably accommodates two guests, a third person upon request. Amenities include cable TV and a fan. Beds are made up for your comfort upon arrival.



The apartment is on the sunny side of Bonn in Beuel-Centrum, quietly located on the 6th floor of a well-kept apartment building with an elevator; there are three steps at the entrance. Restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, laundromats, an art-house cinema, and an indoor pool are nearby. The Rhine promenade with sports facilities and beer gardens is a 5-minute walk away, Bonn city center about 12 minutes. Light rail, buses, and Beuel station with connections to Bonn, the region, and Cologne/Bonn Airport are 2–5 minutes on foot.



Included free of charge: final cleaning except for the kitchenette, towel set (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person, 1 bath mat per accommodation), bed linen, and cleaning products (dish soap, tabs, dish towel). For stays longer than 11 nights: fresh bed linen and towels included.



Please note: The apartment is non-smoking. The accommodation is mainly for adults; children welcome on request. One pet may be allowed by arrangement; due to increased cleaning effort, a fee applies, payable on site. Events or parties are not permitted. A security deposit is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded at check-out if there is no visible damage. Not included in the price and payable on site in cash: Bonn city accommodation tax.
