「The hotel is located in an old and beautiful former home of one of the Porcelain Barons for whom the city is renowned. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional but for the check-in process. They sent an email written totally in French around 3pm the afternoon we were due to check-in providing us with the electronic building and individual room door access codes. Of course, we were driving into the city and did not see this email. Fortunately there was a phone number on the reception room door...

「Idéalement situé face à l'arrêt de bus (dont la ligne 4, très régulière, qui dessert l'hypercentre), l'appartement bénéficie de commerces de proximité (Coop, pharmacie, boulangerie, tabac-presse) et permet de rejoindre rapidement à pied le très joli Parc Victor Thuillat (faire un crochet par la rue de Lisbonne). L'avenue est passante en journée mais la chambre côté cour est tout à fait tranquille. Je suis fan du miroir de la salle d'eau ! Bon séjour. Merci à Sarah 」

「Terrible communication and terrible care for their clients. I’ve reached out to the host multiple times to inquire about air conditioning at the property as our stay was scheduled in the middle of a heat wave. The person I reached in the phone told me that some properties did and others didn’t and someone with the information would call me back. No one did… in the end we decided to not chance it and stayed at a different hotel that could confirm they had air conditioning. We lost the cost...

「Clean and accurately described property with various lakes in the area to explore and a couple of restaurants plus boulangerie within walking distance. Comfortable beds with basic kitchen equipment, but enough for a few nights away. With the shutters open the property does lack some privacy during the day, of course close them and issue solved! Valerie was very responsive and helpful at all times, a pleasure to deal with.」
