「Eclectic and very clean. Convenient location. Walkable area. I experienced an extremely noisy upstairs/above me occupant. Dragging furniture, dropping things, and loud footfall. More carpeting???」

「Where do I start with this property? It was not clear that the property was on top of a dive bar that parties...every night... very loudly until 3 am. One must also navigate these bargoers at all hours in order to access the property, through billoughing marijuana smoke, tobacco smoke, alcohol breath and vape. The bartender hit on my wife the very first night that we tried to access the property. Classy, but I guess given the dive status, it should be expected. There is absolutely no free...
