"We actually did not stay here. We had to get with management to get the check in info, due to lack of communication with the host. We arrived went to the room, checked out the bed since that’s the first thing we do. The bed frame is bent and could possibly be a safety hazard. Saw a few bugs flying the window. "We never got to stay because no one gave us the access code. Communicating with the property manager was terrible. Check in was at 4pm but they never sent the entry email. It was our 20th anniversary and we had to get a hotel in Order to have a place to stay. The property was beautiful and we would have loved to stay in the unit we paid for.
