Welcome to Above and Beyond!

Brand new luxury log home with spectacular unobstructed long range layered mountain views. Cabin is divided in two levels. Ground level contains king bedroom with ensuite bath including one sink and body spray shower panel. This bedroom has breathtaking views and deck access. Ground level also contains a bunk room with queen over queen and full size trundle. Full size bath with bathtub are located immediately outside the bunk room. ALL bedrooms (on both levels) contain a 55 inch TV including HBO.

Ceiling heights throughout the ground level are 10 feet with the exception of the great room which has 21 foot ceilings and 3 large scissor trusses. A stacked stone gas fireplace and 65 inch television complete the ambience.

Gorgeous kitchen contains 12 foot by 5 foot island with seating for six. Refrigerator and stove measure 48 inches. Kitchen also contains a coffee bar and extensive cooking equipment and utensils.

Dining room has seating for 10.

Upper deck contains both covered and uncovered portions. Covered portion contains countertop deck railing with seating for 4. Large BBQ, outside dining table for 6 and fire table with seating for 4.

Lower level has additional 2 king bedrooms, each with ensuite bath. One bath is comprised of a bathtub and 2 sinks, the other a body spray shower panel and 2 sinks as well. Both lower level king bedrooms have stunning mountain views and lower deck access. ENTIRE lower level has 9.5 foot ceiling height.

The lower level is home to a 600 square foot game room with gorgeous mountain views and beautiful wood beam ceiling. For your entertainment, the room is comprised of a 12 foot shuffleboard table, pool table, foosball table and various board games. In addition, the room contains a bar with refrigerator, microwave/convection oven and sink. A sectional couch and two swivel chairs accommodate seating. Worried about missing the game? Don't. A 75 and 65 inch TV complete the entertainment factor. Need a break from the gaming action? Step outside and soak in the incredible mountain views of the lower deck with a deck access slider straight from the game room.

The lower level is also home to the theater room. This room contains an 86 inch TV with 5.1 surround sound, PS4 and Blu-ray player. As a special feature, there is a 2 tier kids viewing loft with seating for 4 directly above the viewing couch. This room also serves as a 5th sleeping area, as the lower couch converts to a queen bed. Don't worry, they'll be no bars in your back here! This is a completely different type of convertible bed with thick padding and extreme comfort - and no bars.

If you need laundry done, the lower level is equipped with 2 washers, 2 dryers as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Lower level deck is where you will find the 7 person jacuzzi with jets that soothe your neck, back, arms, legs and feet. This spa also has color changing LED lights, surround sound Bluetooth sound system with sub-woofer (we ask that you are courteous to the neighbors with music and vocalizations - especially during quiet hours of 10 pm to 9 am). In addition, the lower level has a dining table for 4 as well as additional seating.

***SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT ROAD CONDITIONS***
Weather conditions in the mountains can be unpredictable. Sometimes rain, fog, snow, sleet or ice create unexpected and hazardous driving conditions - especially during the colder months of November - April. Since road conditions may become hazardous during your stay, a 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or chains and the ability to drive on snow and ice are STRONGLY recommended to get to and from the property. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRIVE FULLY PREPARED and there will be NO refunds, allowances or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter. Please do not ask.

Additional notes:
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
​​​​​​​- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing your pets into this home.
- Security Cameras are used to monitor the exterior of the home. No cameras are pointed inside or near the hot tub. Both cameras are on the porch. One is pointing at driveway and the other is pointing at the front door.
- Please note there are full time residents in the area. Please be respectful to neighbors in regards to noise and music levels.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
