Ultimate Boone/Blowing Rock Luxury Retreat: Pool, Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Epic Views

  • RIDGEVIEW MANOR | A Bobby McAlpine Mountain Estate

    9,500 Sq Ft | 7 En-Suite Bedrooms | Heated Pool & Spa | Sleeps 24

Welcome to Ridgeview Manor, an architecturally renowned mountain retreat designed by celebrated architect Bobby McAlpine. Perched high on the ridge within the peaceful, gated heights of Heavenly Mountain between Boone and Blowing Rock, this 4-level private sanctuary pairs timeless craftsmanship with resort-caliber amenities.

Ridgeview Manor was designed as an exclusive escape for rest, luxury, and reconnection. Guests visit the Manor to recharge in nature—whether starting the morning with coffee overlooking panoramic Blue Ridge vistas, spending sunny afternoons by the private pool, or gathering around the stone fire pits under unpolluted night skies.

Because the estate is nestled in an exceptionally peaceful, residential mountain enclave, our property is best suited for family gatherings, couples' retreats, and groups seeking a serene, restorative high-country getaway. To preserve the pristine natural quiet of the ridge, we maintain a peaceful outdoor setting with evening quiet hours.

To protect local wildlife and neighborhood privacy, guests must remain within the Manor’s private grounds, refrain from climbing stone walls, and camera drones are strictly prohibited.

    RESORT-STYLE OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING

Private In-Ground Pool & Spa: Sun loungers, poolside cabana, and sweeping mountain backdrops.

Outdoor Living: Massive stone fire pit, alfresco dining deck, and private putting green.

Trail & Swimming Hole Access: Direct neighborhood access to the scenic Blue Hole hike.

DESIGNED FOR GRAND ENTERTAINING & GROUP COMFORT

Chef’s Kitchen: Expansive island, commercial appliances, double prep space, and seating for the whole party.

Entertainment & Wellness: Game lounge with billiards, smart TVs, and a private wellness sauna.

Soaring Great Room: Floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, panoramic viewing room, and expansive multi-level decks.

Great house, great host. Plenty of room to spread out for 17 people. Used the pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, went hiking, watched movies, played pool, played yard games. There was always something to do for everyone and if there were any questions, James was always quick to answer. Will be staying again when we return to the mountains.
