Very quiet area and certainly good for unwinding. The walk from the parking area to the house was a challenge for an older person with no pathway, and clumpy grass patches on heavily pitted soil were difficult to negotiate in the dark. The kitchen was well equipped and the host kindly provided breakfast supplies. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time and a large king size. The bathroom is tiny and lacks enough vanity space to hold toilet bag and clean clothes, or hooks for hanging towels. The bedroom is large with a massive walk-in robe but would benefit from some luggage racks to put suitcases on, rather than the floor. It's a short drive to the nearby Central Hotel at Stroud where we had a great meal and good entertainment. Best of luck to Tracey for future hosting. Her place is a well situated stop just off the Pacific Highway and only a few hours short of Sydney.
