“The staff was the best, the airport shuttle was helpful, the breakfast that was included was better than in similar hotels in that I’ve stayed.”

“Everything... even the vents on the AC were immaculate. I normally have sinus issues... not there... I did my normal nostril rinse, clear... slept great. It is near a hospital so you hear sirens, but they are not horribly loud. All in all terrific place to stay, will totally stay again.”

“While the receptionist was nice the room itself was for lack of a better term, awful. None of the outlets worked and it was clear based on the fact that there was a power box behind the mini fridge that it was a known problem. We needed to fix our toilet so it would not keep running, the knob on the Jacuzzi was broken off and unusable, and the drain in the shower/bathtub needed to be constantly flipped up and back down to drain any water. That being said, parking was good.”

“Both room AC were out - the main entry area smelled like spoiled milk covered up with bad perfume - the room outlets were dead and the electrical wiring in the rooms was questionable as to being legal - the toilet was round and had a very large oval seat on it, stuck out beyond the bowl by 3-4 inches - the wall AC was extremely loud - this was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at The staff were corgel and moved us into different rooms”

“The beds were clean but the pull out bed had a huge stain on it so that was disgusting. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. Breakfast didnt look appealing. The country gravy wasnt cooked right. I don’t understand why we have to pay for a wristband to use the waterslide. Other hotels have slides and its always included. Plus the hot tubs were empty and out of service.”

“Clean room, nice friendly staff, pool looked clean, didnt use, parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Breakfast was from 6am and was plenty to choose from”

“They shut the water off in the morning at 10:30 and announced to all the rooms it will come in 11/2 hours. We waited to take a shower and the water did not come for 21/2 hours. It was most frustrating because the staff told us it was prescheduled and no one told us about that when we checked in. We left without a shower, to our room in yellow stone. If we had know when the water would be shut off, we could have taken a shower earlier and left. Or if they kept their word that it would only take……
