Lakeside chalet with spectacular views and exclusive private location

The 65 sqm cabin has been carefully renovated 2022 and maintains a very high and modern standard of living during all seasons of the year. The cabin is located in a privat setting with excellent lake view and direct access to the lake.

At the lake you will find an exclusive sauna including a partio and a private bathing place for enjoying the lake. The sauna contains a relaxation room and a separate, electric sauna.

Enjoy all seasons in our cabin from spring to the excellent summer location but as well during autumn for collecting mushrooms, enjoying the cosy fireplace or sauna and wonderful walks during the forest or one of the several trekking trails nearby. It is as well cosy to relaxe in our cabin during winter and enjoy our outdoor fireplace with a wonderful view over the lake Mjörn.

The cabin has two sleeping rooms - one master bed room with a king size bed and one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed.

The kitchen with a breathtaking view on the lake includes all modern appliances and furniture to provide a convenient stay and to prepare great meals for your family and friends. Part of the kitchen is a glazed terrace with a dining area where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake.

The bathroom holds a very high standard with a WC, a spacious shower and underfloor heating.

The living room has a beautiful view over Lake Mjörn and a nice fireplace as well as convenient furniture. In the living room is a bed couch with a queen size bed.

The cabin is located 4 km from central Alingsås where you can enjoy the famous ”fika town” (coffee town) of Sweden. It is one of the few charming cities with a remaining old town with beautiful wooden houses.

The town of Alingsås is 50km away from Gothenburg city with an excellent train connection (30 min) to downtown Gothenburg, which is worth a trip. Discover the great amusement park Liseberg with your family or one of the great museums or restaurants.

Alingsås offers a great location to discover West Sweden with different day trips or nearby excursions. There are a lot of sports activities in and nearby Alingsås like golf, fishing, padel tennis, tennis, fotboll fields and great hiking tracks. The town has a lot of bicycles trails to discover the different parts of the city.
The town has as well a great swimming hall with an adventure area which is great for kids and a nice spa area.

This house is located at the perfect spot and offers everything you are looking for. The trips with the small boat provide you a different perspective about the lake and the sauna with direct access to the refreshing water form the lake was great.

Ruhiges Seehaus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Sehr schön, ruhig gelegenes gut ausgestattetes Haus. Wir haben die Terrasse und den Seeblick sehr genossen. Leider wurden während unseren Aufenthalts Arbeiten an der Zufahrtsstrasse durchgeführt wodurch wir das Haus zwischen 8 und 16:00 mit dem Auto nicht verlassen konnten ( worüber wir aber kurz vor Reiseantritt informiert wurden) was für uns aber nicht so schlimm war da wir ja vor allem die Ruhe geniessen wollten und die ausgezeichneten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch nach 16:00 alle geöffnet hatten. Ein sehr Erholsamer Aufenthalt. Schweden, immer wieder gerne

Unser Urlaub war perfekt. 1A Lage, trotzdem Coop und Co. sehr schnell erreichbar, ebenso Göteborg. Die Sauna und das Motorboot (ExtraMiete) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Optik und Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig... danke an die Vermieterin.

Super schöne Location direkt am See

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich schön und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Wir waren jeden Tag mit dem Boot auf dem See, danach gleich in der Sauna und schlussendlich am relaxen im Garten. Der Aufenthalt war extrem erholsam. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ich war zum wiederholten Mal Gast im Ferienhaus, wobei das letzte Mal vor ca. acht Jahren stattfand. Die seitdem vorgenommenen Veränderungen haben das Urlaubserlebnis um einiges steigen lassen- und ich fand es das erste Mal schon toll. Ein besseres Ferienhaus, um eine schwedische Idylle mit allem "lieb gewonnen" Luxus zu genießen, wird man nicht finden. Allein der Ausblick vom Haus, Sonnendeck oder Garten ist das Geld wert!

Traumurlaub im "Haus am See"

Traumhaft gelegenes - wirklich schwedisches - Häuschen mit einer 5-Sterne-Sauna mit herrlichstem Blick auf den Mjörn-See, auf dem wir mit dem hauseigenen Boot tolle Ausflüge gemacht haben. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist funktional, die Inneneinrichtung urgemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Helmer war sehr nett. Ein unbedingt empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel mit tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!! Vielen Dank an unsere "Gastfamilie" Helmer!! Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend. Absolut ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Ausstattung mehr als vollständig. Top um mal so richtig abzuschalten! Schöne Stadt mit sehr guten Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Absolut empfehlenswert. Nur etwas teuer - war es uns aber wert. Danke!

Erwartung übertroffen! Klasse!

Wenn wir schreiben, wie toll das Haus ist, haben wir Bedenken, dass es dann bald immer bereits ausgebucht ist, wenn wir wiederkommen wollen… Die Lage ist ein Traum! Pilze und Beeren direkt hinterm Haus. Hechte und Zander im See. Ein Traum Blick. Tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem gesamten Grundstück. Das Areal war für unsere Kinder wie ein riesiger Abenteuerspielplatz. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich geschmackvoll. Bis zum Grillthermometer, Burgerpresse, Weber Grill ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wer sein eigenes Boot mitbringt, kann das problemlos und einfach in Alingsas zu Wasser lassen. Aufgrund der Felsen aber viele große Fender und lange Leinen mitbringen! Alingsas ist so schön, dass wir zwei Wochen nicht weiter weggefahren sind. Ein schwedisches „Fika“ ist hier ein Muss. Sehr hübsches Städtchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses tolle Haus.

Zum 3. Mal waren wir dieses Jahr an diesem wunderschönen Ort und wissen jetzt schon: Wir werden Stammgast :) Die Ruhe und Einsamkeit mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen entspannten Urlaub (direkte See-Lage, Sauna, Kamin, Feuerstelle, Terrasse) reizt uns am Meisten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und uns fehlte es ans nichts. Da wir zu zweit waren, ist der Platz auf dem Sofa am Kamin sowie der Schlafkomfort ideal. Für mehr Erwachsene ist es durch das Hochbett und die Schlafcouch ggf. nicht optimal, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Die Kommunikation und alles was organisatorisch zur Buchung gehört ist mit der Vermieterin Gabriele wirklich außergewöhnlich unkompliziert und herzlich.
