Jolie appartement et spacieux. Lits très confortables malgré les fenêtres des deux chambres du bas qui ne sont pas isolés et qui donnent sur la rue. Malheureusement, Nous n’avons pas eu accès aux clefs de la terrasse, qui étaient apparemment égarées ; ayant sélectionné cet appartement pour sa terrasse, nous sommes assez déçus (nous passions par la fenêtre de la cuisine avec un escabot pour y accéder...). Appartement reste agréable et très bien situé

Appartement très fonctionnel et extrêmement bien placé.
Grand appartement agréable dans un bel immeuble bordelais en face d'une des entrées du joli jardin public. Très bonne relation rapide et précise avec le gestionnaire. Accueil parfait, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Les deux salles d'eaux très propres et bien conçues. J'ai mis 4 étoiles pour la propreté non pas à propos de l'appartement qui était impeccable mais pour la terrasse couverte qui pourrait être plus accueillante. (C'est un simple conseil bien sûr.)
