Il y avait même plus que ce qui était précisé dans la description car nous avons trouvé un fer à repasser bien pratique. Le seul petit bémol serait la porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas bien.

La Suite Appartement incroyablement bien situé, à proximité de toutes commodités ainsi que des places emblématiques de Bordeaux. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Jean-Christophe, Cocoonr ont également été arrangeants pour notre heure d’arrivée. Au premier abord, ce dernier paraît plutôt moderne, cosy et bien décoré mais il est munît de petits défauts à ne pas négliger qui peuvent entacher votre expérience. Ménage pas au point, spots au plafond qui ne s’allument pas, lumière LED constamment allumée dans le placard, fuite au niveau de la douche, porte des toilettes qui ne se ferme pas correctement… L’isolation sonore est à revoir au vu du quartier assez animé. Il faut également être prêt à monter les 4 étages, surtout si vous êtes chargés au niveau des bagages. Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour dans l’ensemble, et espérons que ces suggestions aideront à améliorer le confort et la satisfaction des voyageurs à venir, le potentiel est réellement présent.

La Suite The apartment is located in the City Centre near Hôtel de Ville in a lively area, which is nice in the daytime, but also extremely loud at night. When entering the apartment we were at first quite happy because of the modern Interieur, but we quickly noticed an unusual smell. We thought it might come from another apartment since it was around dinner time, but the smell got worse over the entire stay, making it unbearable to spend time in the accomodation. We are not sensitive, but it made us so sick that we had to sleep with perfumed handkerchiefs next to our noses. The lights don‘t really work and there is a led strip light in a built-in wardrobe that can‘t be turned off and shines thrugh the gaps at night and kept us awake. Overall it could be a beautiful accomodation with lots of potential, if you don‘t value sleep.

La Suite "L’appartement est très bien situé, mis à part ça je ne recommande pas du tout. 4eme étage sans ascenseur d’un immeuble situé aux pieds de plusieurs bars et la fenêtre n’est pas double vitrée. Il y a une odeur infâme dans tout l’immeuble et pire encore dans l’appartement (égouts) et le micro ondes sent littéralement le vomi. Aucune pression dans la douche, la hotte ne marche pas, les plaques ne chauffent pas, le lit n’était pas fait quand nous sommes arrivées et on nous a dit que c’était une erreur de leur part…. Beaucoup de choses pas correctes pour le prix (400€ pour 4 nuits en studio avec autant de choses à redire….) Un message a été envoyé à l’agence dès le premier jour mais aucune réponse de leur part. A fuir !"

La Suite Studio situé en plein centre de Bordeaux, à proximité de la place Pey Berland et de la rue St Catherine. Appartement très bien aménagé, avec toutes les commodités, très propre. La remise des clés en mains propres s'est très bien passée. Personne sympathique et réactive . Le quartier est très vivant. Multitudes de restaurants et de cafés aux alentours. La prochaine fois que nous reviendrons à Bordeaux, nous relouerons ce studio.

Las escaleras para subir al 4 piso sin ascensor no tenían luz y era peligroso. Una vez dentro. La puerta del baño no cerraba. Alguna lámpara fundida Pero ko peor fue el mensaje diciéndonos que antes de dejar la habitación teníamos que fregar platos y vasos. Y bajar la basura o nos pondrían una multa. Después de pagar bastante por la habitación no entiendo que tenga que limpiar la habitación. He estado en muchos Airbnb y nunca he visto esto. No volveré"
