We offer this charming 185 m² air-conditioned villa with swimming pool for rent in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features a lovely 60 m² living room (with pellet stove and table soccer), a separate fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 700 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: gas barbecue/plancha, baby high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, table soccer, ping-pong table, darts and board games, Netflix and Canal+...

Exterior:
- A private swimming pool, heated by an enclosed shelter = +7°C to +10°C and secure, 10m x 5m, open from April 15 to October 30 (opening dates non-contractual, depending on the weather).
- A beautiful 700 m² enclosed garden divided into three parts:
Part 1: Entrance with 5 parking spaces
Part 2: A south-east-facing terrace of approx. 200 m² with swimming pool and furniture for enjoying fine weather. This part opens onto the living/dining room with its sliding glass doors.
Part 3: A 200 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture, barbecue, large outdoor table and ping-pong table.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
