「When we arrived all the windows were open, and there was no heat and the outsode (and consequently inside temp) was around 43°f. No toilet paper, no towels. The owner had left a portable radiator outside the apartment but had not warmed up the aprtment. Radiator had little affect on warming the room. Finally got someone to bring us towels and toilet paper and an extra blanket. He also kindly brought us a space heater. By morning the room had finally warmed up. Not a good experience at...
