“I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。 ”

“Good location right across from Lambeth North tube station. Clean apartment, much better space than a standard hotel room.”

“The listing of the room seemed to have changed after I made the booking. Pictures of the higher tier "apartment" were listed under the lower tier "studio" and the room I ended up with was a complete mismatch of what I booked, and was in poor condition. I contacted the property and they did not acknowledge my comments and refused to offer a better room. They kept repeating the same response like a robot: They don't have other rooms in the same category. Period. I had to leave the property and……

“Nice bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Very reasonably equipped, minus the fact that there was dish soap but no sponges to clean kitchenware. The staff were always very cordial and online customer service was reasonably fast. The lounge areas made the stay truly amazing. Small area for improvement: adding AC in the gym and paid/free soap dispensers for the laundry rooms.”

“God beliggenhet til bane/buss, ca. 1 time å gå hjem fra Wembley etter konsert som var bedre enn å vente på buss. Enkelt å komme seg til sentrum av London. Matbutikk i nærheten. Bra plass på rommet, ok renslighet og hyggelige ansatte ”

“Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.”

“The location is excellent. The host was extremely responsive. We got a unit next to the front door of the building. There were occasional front door slamming sounds but bearable. That was the only minor point.”

“Fantastic for a cheap stay when heading to a gig at Wembley. Easy access from the M40 on the way into London. Place was modern & spotless and access to a modern clean kitchen too with a fridge freezer (was very much needed this weekend as it was 35 degrees!), microwave, kettle etc Was ridiculously hot this weekend, but they offered a fan for the room to help. Great access to the Metropolitan line (3 min walk) and plenty of parking. Not suitable for families because of the set up being……
