He didn’t just tick the boxes of a standard check-in; he showed genuine emotional intelligence and took the initiative to turn a standard stay into an extraordinary memory. He represents the high standards of The Celtic Collection flawlessly and is exactly who you want representing a hotel front-of-house. Management should be incredibly proud to have him; he is an absolute asset and deserves the highest recognition. The rest of our stay was perfect.
