4 miles to Logan International Airport 4.5 miles to downtown Boston. Public transportation by bus at the top of the street or drive 1.5 miles to The MBTA Orient Heights train station. This subway can get you to the airport & downtown Boston quickly and all over greater Boston.

Winthrop is a peninsula and is surrounded by water. 2 great beaches here in town. Also, 2 miles away to Revere Beach the 1st public beach in America boasting many restaurants and bars Take the Ferry to Boston or a day trip to Cape Cod

Fabulous location, amazing host, lovely quaint hideaway lodging. Frank was great!!! Kept in contact, made sure everything we needed was readily available, sent us many local recommendations for food, sites and to-do adventures. Frankie's place was exactly as advertised! Great little spot for a couple or solo traveler and great location, not far from downtown Boston. We loved the close proximity to the water and even the constant noise of the planes landing and taking off at Logan Airport. We would stay again for sure!
