“My husband and I love this cabin and want to go back in the Spring. The property is gorgeous and very private. The sounds and views of the Maury River from the porch was very relaxing. We noticed people walking, biking and jogging on a trail on the opposite side of the river and discovered that they were on a portion of the Chessie Trail. We drove to one of the nearby trail access areas and took our two dogs on a 3 mile walk. What a treasure!”

“A perfect getaway to celebrate the holidays! We visited Eagles Rest with my one month shy of 90 year-old mother, and two adult kids. “The host is a bit overbearing, with text and emails. We have stayed at multiple rentals and like to be left alone.Amenities, 1) Washer-dryer unit by the kitchen table DOES NOT have a door, very load.2) Coffee maker which is an easy fix does NOT work, doesn't brew, huge problem for equestrians and guests3) Drain in bathrooms upstairs were disgusting.
