“The room is well furnished, clean and modern. However, we didn't realize that the whole process was done virtually. We ended up in a basement room with our windows opened to the streets that we can see people's feet as they walked past. It's not a place for seniors or people with large or many luggage. “Overall a very pleasant stay, conveniently located in the center of Den Haag and close to all kinds of shops. The apartment was cozy and quiet, staff was also quite friendly. The only minor complaint is that check-in time is at 4PM which is much later than most other accommodations.”

“Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen. Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing……
