「Wonderful stay at this VRBO. Plenty big enough for me and my adult daughter. Sofa bed was good quality and no complaints about sleeping on this matress. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient to everything in Southbury and beyond. If we ever come back to CT, we would absolutely stay here again. 5* accommodations. Host is also very flexible and beyond helpful and very responsive. A for his efforts too!」

「We rented this home for our daughter’s college graduation and were fully transparent with the owner beforehand. Although the listing allows up to 15 guests, we never exceeded 14 people, and the gathering was simply close family, including grandparents and young children. There was no party or disruptive behavior.Around 10:30 PM on graduation night, the owner began repeatedly messaging me, saying he was “watching the house” and accusing us of violating the rental agreement.
