"Clean and simple. Perfect location, given some flights arrive in Marseille after midnight, and car rentals are only open until 11 pm! Ridiculous on behalf of the rental businesses!"

"This is decent hotel. Convenient location near Marseilles St Charles station and walkable distance to the Old Port and downtown areas. Room was clean with basic amenities (electric pot, mini fridge). Staff were pleasant, decent service. Would be nice if complimentary water bottle were to be provided. I recommend this hotel"

"First and foremost; the staff is absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and kind; would go back because of them. Lily is thee best and deserves recognition! I loved my room, it is small, but was quiet and comfortable and as a solo traveler, I felt very safe. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train/bus station and Uber also drops off on the lower level, and you simply take the escalator and walk across the street. Definitely recommend if you are on a budget and for convenience. The dinner menu is excellent as well."

"Great location-steps from the harbour and Metro station. There are step to get to the reception but we had been informed ahead of time. There is a lift from there to the rooms. We got a very warm and friendly welcome. We liked the bottle of cold water offered for our room. A wonderful place to stay."

"I tried to use their airport shuttle and no one answered when I called the hotel or used the airport call box, so I took a taxi. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk or anywhere for 40 minutes. I just sat in the lobby after 24 hours of travel, exhausted, and they didn’t even apologize for making me wait."
